共有4款動作,全部都需要以啞鈴作輔助,用作加強難度。第一個動作是弓步深蹲(reverse lunge),然後轉換成交叉弓步深蹲(curtsy lunge);下個動作是直腿硬舉(striaght deadlift)然後再深蹲,還有便是側向弓箭步(Side Lunge)及相撲式深蹲(Sumo Squat)。Cindy在片中手持的啞鈴各重10kg,大家可能因應自己能力調較。

✋?Five Friday Fun Facts Day ! ? I thoroughly enjoy Friday’s where I get to learn a little more about my IG family. Sure you can watch a workout video and get inspired but it’s also nice to know more about who you are watching ! Thanks to @steph.derby_cpt for starting this ??. 1️⃣ My name was Shi-Shen until I was 4 years old. I was entering Kindergarten and my parents thought it might be tricky to pronounce so decided to change my name. We were watching The Brady Bunch and asked if I liked the name ‘Cindy’. I said sure ?. It was legally changed when I was 12. . 2️⃣ I was highly hooked on WWF when I was a little girl (now known as WWE). I taped every show, bought every magazine and collected stickers from Lays chip bags! I saw them when they came to my home town and Randy Macho Man Savage was my favourite wrestler. ? May he RIP. . 3️⃣ I have a bit of an obsession with laundry . Not only do I Iove doing it I have to make sure I never have a full laundry basket in any of the rooms. . 4️⃣ Both of our cars were stolen out of our garage in 2013. We accidentally left our garage door open one night and the offenders walked into our house, found the keys and drove them away , all while we were sleeping. To top it off my purse was in the car ?. The cars were located months later contained with weapons . I feel blessed I didn’t wake that night?? . . 5️⃣ I was the least athletic kid. I couldn’t kick, I couldn’t run, I couldn’t catch a ball .
